Founder and Chief Visionary Officer

Carl Neimeyer

Mr. Neimeyer’s construction experience spans over 15 years. His award-winning career has taken him from coast to coast in the continental United States and on two expeditionary deployments with the Navy Seabees. He works directly with the client, his team, and subcontractors to ensure that the highest quality project is delivered safely and on-time. His ability to lead and manage multiple projects from cradle to grave is his specialty. Additionally, he is versed in historic preservation, and is a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
